Efficient Charge Controller

Featuring a 4-stage intelligent charger to maximise the potential of the battery, the charge controller is easy to test and has high efficiency, even in low-light conditions.

The Zeta EMS contains the unique Energy Optimiser™ which is specifically designed to manage solar energy charge. The microprocessor based system monitors battery charge levels. When the charge is low the light output level is temporarily lowered to allow the charge to build up while ensuring constant illumination. This ability to regulate the output of the LED drivers ensures that the system operates at optimum performance throughout the winter period.

Inside this state of the art, patented EMS are the following features:-

•  Multiple PV inputs
•  MPPT tracking
•  Energy Optimiser™
•  Temperature compensated battery charging
•  Four stage high efficiency battery charging
•  Data logging for a whole years wirth of data (more than 20 parameters are logged)
•  High efficiency LED driving circuits (multiple channel)
•  Protected against moisture by total encapsulation
•  The Zeta EMS also has the ability to send the data stored direct to your pc, via a GPRS modem
